Organic wine from La Mancha – Spain with variety of 75% Tempranillo, 25% Petit Verdot.
Aged 6 months in oak barrels this dark garnet red blend. In the nose aromas of dark fruit like blackberries, plums, licorice and hints of balsamic. On the palate medium-bodied, dry with red fruit and dark pepper. Oak is well integrated. I only expected some more power from this one.

ELABORATION Temperature controlled fermentation at 24 ºC in stainless-steel tanks, and oak barrel aging.
TASTING NOTE Dark garnet hue with violet tints. Fruity aromas of dark plums and blackberries infused with balsamic notes. Very subtle hints of pepper against a backdrop of black spices. This powerful, fruity wine coats the palate. Nice balance of fruit and oak.
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: Serve between 14 and 18 ºC. Perfect with stews, meat, pâté, cold meats and mature cheese.
