I celebrate my birthday with family and friends.

Everybody is asking which wines I will drink today.. In the Netherlands we have a second heatwave so I picked some refreshing white and rosé wines.. and mabye later on some reds.
This Gavi I drank some days ago.

In the glass a bright citrus yellow color with green reflections.
On the medium nose aromas of nectarine, citrus and pears with hints of white blossom and light yeast.
On the palate dry, medium+ bodied and light waxy with medium+ acidity. Flavours are a recall of the nose with light bitter aftertaste.
Nice summer quencher.
