Yellowish. In the nose, ripe fruit like peach and apricot , floral notes , fennel and minerals. In the mouth, a soft starter and a good concentration with nice , mild acids and a beautiful , long and mineral finish.

Grapes: 100% Cortese.
Pruning system: traditional Guyot.
Cultivation: organic-biodynamic method, the vines are grown without the use of fertilizers and agrochemicals.
Yield: 9000 kg / ha.
Soil type: calcareous clay, good texture, good presence of minerals.
Geological zone: Tassarolo, hilly, 300 m altitude (s.l.m.), south / east - south / west.
Harvest: mid September, hand picked.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes; The must, after natural settling, is fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
