In the glass a light yellow color.
On the nose vegatable notes with tropical, fruit, peach and great minerality.
On the palate savory and dry, fine flavours with great acidity which gives the wine character.

TERRAIN Hill and foothill area, soil composed of Eocenic marl with a prevalence of clay component.
AVERAGE AGE 15 years
TRAINING METHOD “Tight bilateral Guyot” and “Candelabrum with four vegetative points”.
AVERAGE PRODUCTION 50qli/ha
HARVEST Exclusively by hand in small boxes, with specialised and skilled labor.
WINEMAKING Soft and quick pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation at 15 °C in stainless steel containers and maturation on lees for 7 months with frequent battonage during the first aging phase. Subsequent bottle aging for another seven months.
