In the glass a deep purple red color.
On the nose delicate aromas of cranberries, dried plums with hints of violets, chocolate, salt, licorice and herbs.
On the palate medium full- bodied with the same fruit on the palate with fine, smooth tannins, fresh, crisp acidity and a lovely, lingering finish.
Winemaker notes:
Sedella Wines currently produces a single red wine from centenarian Romé and Grenache vines aged between 16 and 20 months in new French oak barrels. Wine with an outstanding deep blue color, high intensity, violet on the edges and dense and stained tears. The aromas are reminiscent of the natural environment, with notes of iodine, salt-pits and Mediterranean forests, fresh and fruity yielding very complex and elegant wines. In the mouth, sensations are soft, round, but fresh and a pleasant aftertaste. The label shows a view of the Axarquia region from our vineyard and has been designed by the designer Ana Varela. Each bottle of Sedella wine contains a lot of work, enthusiasm and, above all, much happiness.
