The vineyards of Champagne Pol Roger are located on the gently sloping slopes of the department of Marne close to the town of Epernay against the Montagne de Reims. The grapes for this Champagne come exclusively from the best vineyards. Important are the 7 km long cellars, which are among the coldest (± 9 ° C) in the Champagne region. The lower the temperature, the slower the fermentation, the finer the bubbles and the fuller the bouquet.
