With this perfect weather you can't go wrong with this flagship rosé from @mirabeauwine. A blend of Grenache and Syrah from the Provence region.
This award-winning rosé is produced by English winemaker Stephen Cronk. Stephen and his family moved to the region in 2008 with a dream of setting up their own vineyard and 10 years later their dreams have come true.

My tasting notes:

In the glass a salmon rosé color.
On the medium+ nose aromas of red berries, citrus, grapefruit and hints of herbs and lychee.
On the palate dry, medium- bodied and very elegant and with fresh acidity.
