In the glass this 100% Roero Arneis shows a light straw yellow color with greenish rim.
On the nose delicate aromas of lemonpeel, tropical fruit, fresh flowers and hints of honey.
On the palate medium bodied with lemon, apple with great freshness and a nice mineral finish and a hint of almond.

Origins: The vineyards are located in different villages: Vezza d’Alba, Corneliano, Monteu Roero.

Vinification
After a soft pressing of the grapes, and the separation of the skins, the must is transferred into steel tanks and vinified with the new cold processing techniques. The temperature is controlled by means of a central computerized system, which guarantees uniform development of the wine by intervening on the bio-metabolism of the yeast. Any chemical additive is used.
Ageing
The wine remain into steel tanks for 2-3 months.
Bottling
It normally takes place at the beginning of the year following the harvest.
