Tasting notes:
In the glass a deep ruby red color with garnet rim.
On the nose delicate aromas of blackberries and other ripe red fruit with hints of herbs, black olives and something vegetal.
On the palate dry, medium/full-bodied and well balanced with flavours of ripe cherries, cranberries and well integrated oak. The acidity is refreshing with a nice finish.
Beautiful when combined with grilled meats, venison, wild boar and cheese.
