In the glass a light yellow color with greenish hue.
On the nose aromas of green apple, citrus, pear, tropical fruits with a nice minerality and hints of nuts.
On the palate fresh, juicy, medium-bodied with green apple and light herbal notes. Nice long aftertaste.

Soil: Sandy clay with pink quartz
Vinification: Handpicked grapes. Primary treatment by natural sedimentation. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 1 Month full yeast contact.
