A 100% Chardonnay Cuvee sourced from the Premier Cru district of Côte des Blancs.
My tasting notes ???????? In the glass a pale straw color with golden reflections. A generous white mousse that shows good hold. Persistent fine bubbles.
On the medium+ nose aromas of dried apricots, citrus with hints of buttered toasted bread, yeast and blossom.
On the palate dry, medium+ bodied with light creamy textural feel with flavours of stone fruit, citrus and honey with hints of baked bread and toast.
The finish has a light grapefruit, citrus taste which is long and persistent.

Founded in Avize, a village of Champagne ranked as a Grand Cru, the House of Frerejean Frères was established in 2005. Only 10 hectares in size, this boutique production aspires to preserve and respect the unique terroir, allowing the vines and the wines to express the power and the subtlety of the land. The Frerejean-Taittinger brothers grew up with love and respect for the Champagne tradition. Passionate for oenology, Guillaume, Richard and Rodolphe created their own House of Champagne.
