BY OTT a wine born of love, passion and a lot of experience. The second wine from Domaines de Ott. This wine is made from home-grown grapes and a harmonious blend with Grenache in the lead, complimented by the Cinsault and Syrah. The renowned Domaines Ott winery was founded in 1896 by agricultural engineer Marcel Ott.

Domaines Ott consists of three different wineries, namely Domaine Château de Selle, Domaine Clos Mireille and Domaine Château Romassan. These three 'Domaines Ott' produce high quality wines. Christian and Jean-François Ott have been running the house since 2009. The first domain, Château de Selle, is the former residence of the Counts of Provence.

In 2004, the wineries became part of Champagne Louis Roederer, the renowned producer of refined French wines.

My tasting notes:

By.Ott has a light orange-pink color.
On the medium+ nose delicate aromas of peach, apricot and wild strawberries with hints of herbs, flint and light cherries.
On the palate dry, medium bodied, medium acidity and nice freshness.This rosé shows flavours of strawberries, white peach and citrus. Finishes with a light grapefruit bitter and strawberries in the medium+ aftertaste.
