I wish you all a happy Easter. Cin Cin. We opened this sparkling as an aperetif before dinner.

In the glass a golden yellow color. Light creamy mousse with small bubble.
On the nose aromas of flowers, white fruit and light brioche.
On the palate well balanced, nice acidity with small red fruits, medium aftertaste. A very nice bubble for this price.
