Calem - Vintage Port 1985

This lovely port we drank on Christmas day with a great cheese platter.
Calem - Vintage Port 1985 (89 tsomw points)

In the glass a dark ruby / purple color with a black core.
On the nose intense aromas of black currants, dried apricot, spices, vanilla and chocolate.
On the palate full-bodied, soft and velvet in the mouth, soft tannins. Great interplay between the sweetness and acidity. Great long finish. Still alive after 33 years.
