Champagne Beaumont des Crayères is a champagne house founded in 1955 in Mardeuil near Épernay. The house, a partnership of several vintners with 86 hectares of vineyard, meets the need for grapes all by itself.
40% Pinot Meunier
35% Pinot Noir
25% Chardonnay

My tasting notes: 

In the glass a bright coral color. Elegant consistent bubble.
On the medium nose aromas of strawberries, grapefruit and lemon with floral hints and chalky tones.
On the palate dry, medium-bodied with medium+ acidity and a recall of the nose. Nice long finish.
