In the glass a deep ruby ??red color.
On the nose delicate aromas of blackberries, cherries and dried flowers with hints of vanilla, coffee mint and spices.
On the palate great structure and intensity, well accompanied by a pleasant softness, a good amount of alcohol and tannins present but not annoying. Light spicy, woody and ripe tannins.

CLASSIFICATION: IGT (Typical Geographical Indication) red Isola dei Nuraghi.
SOIL: Medium mixture, tending to loose, presence of limestone and clay.
GRAPE VARIETIESCLIMATE: Mediterranean, good temperature excursions, well ventilated.
VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE: Maceration for about 10-12 days, malolactic fermentation in glass-lined concrete tanks.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Intense red.
Nose: Intense, lingering, well balanced.
Palate: Velvety, full, harmonious, warm, round.
STORAGE
Constant temperature 18 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle.
