Mirabeau – Pure 2017 (88 TSW)
What do you think about drinking rosé in Winter?
Let me know what you think! It paired great with the tapas.
While sipping this rose I felt like I was transported to a terrace overlooking the sea in the South of France. Please bring the summer back very soon!!! This award-winning rosé is produced by English winemaker Stephen Cronk. Stephen and his family moved to the region in 2008 with a dream of setting up their own vineyard and 10 years later their dreams have come true.
My tasting notes:
In the glass a salmon rosé color.
On the medium+ nose aromas of peach, citrus, raspberries and hints of herbs and lychee.
On the palate dry, medium bodied and nicely balanced and fresh acidity.
