What do you think about this gorgeous wine and foodpairing?
The Malhadinha Restaurant Wine & Gourmet located in the building of the cellar, offers a signature cuisine with fresh products and contemporary interpretations. Under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Joachim Koerper, the restaurant offers a modern take on regional dishes. Reasonably priced 3- and 5-course menus change with the seasons and follow the dictates of nouvelle cuisine.

Beautiful blend from Alicante Bouschet, Aragonês, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from the Alentejo region.
Malhadinha Nova - Tinto 2015 (90 tsomw points)
In the glass an intense almost opaque purple color.
On the nose delicate aromas of overripe black prunes, plums, violets, coffee and oriental spices.
On the palate dry and full-bodied, round and velvet in the mouth, soft tannins with dark fruit and some mint.
The finish is very tasty and long. I will keep the other bottle for some more years in the cellar.
