Champagne Deutz - Brut rosé
Pairing Suggestions
This was the bottle we opened as starter of our vacation. Champagne Deutz - Brut rosé (89 tsomw points)
One of my fave in this price range. Made with exclusive Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims from Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. Characterized by the assembly of 8% red wine produced in old particularly valuable vines of the area of ??Ay and "Meurtet". It rests for three years on the lees and develops pleasant aromas that give it a subtle nose and a harmonious and soft complexity.
My tasting notes:
In the glass an intense pink, orange color with elegant perlage.
On the nose very fresh with strong and intense aromas reminiscent of cherries, raspberries pomegranate and blueberries with hints of brioche.
On the palate a harmonious and intense structure with light creamy taste and lovely freshness showing flavours of cherries, strawberries, red currants and raspberries with hints of citrus. Nice long and refreshing aftertaste.
