The grapes are harvested by night, to maintain colour and to avoid oxidation, from late August to late September.
Château Sainte Roseline is a prestigious vineyard created by Pope Jean XXI, and is one of the richest historical sites in Provence. History has graced the château with an exceptional double distinction. It is both a registered historical site and one of the cru classé vineyards of the Côtes de Provence.
Tasting notes:
This rosé has a bright dress and slightly salmon.
On the nose intense aromas of citrus, grapefruit and strawberries with hints of herbs, white flowers and little spicyness.
On the palate dry, well balanced, medium-bodied with round mouthfeel showing red berries and refreshing citrus notes. Pleasant aftertaste.
