A biologically made wine from 100% Sangiovese from a vineyard called 'Godenza' at an altitude of 300-400 meters in Emilia Romagna.
I really enjoy their great arty labels.
Noelia Ricci – Godenza (87 tsomw points)
In the glass it shows a dark red color with garnet reflections.
On the nose intense aromas of red berries, violets, herbs and light spiciness.
On the palate, the sip is relaxed, juicy with a soft and savory flavor showing full ripe fruits, tobacco and balsamico.
The finish is nicely long lasting with pleasant tannins.
