Montecappone Tabano Bianco I.G.T. Marche 2016 (86 tsomw points)
In the glass a light golden yellow color.
On the nose tropical fruit, peach, melon and yellow apple with some citrus hints and blossom.
On the palate medium-bodied, concentrated but soft in the mouth, light velvet with light sweetness and low acidity.
Normally I would like some more acidity but that is not disturbing in this wine. Perfect with some fish.
Winemaker notes:
We wanted to produce a wine full and was born on Tabano white intense flavorings like the taste. Hence the blend: 50% Verdicchio and the rest aromatic varieties (muscat and sauvignon blanc). A wine of high profile combined with a not common oenological ltechnique, make the Tabano white wine of great pleasure.
