In the glass it shows a brilliant dark ruby red color.
On the nose black currants, cherries, dried plums with hints of cedar, herbs, cacao and truffle.
On the palate rich and balanced with intense aromas of ripe black fruit and spices. Nice fine grained tannins which have potential and a long presistent finish.

WINE-MAKING TECHNIQUE
Soft press; spontaneous fermentation with use of local yeasts i stainless steel at controlled temperature of 26-28° C; maceration of skins for 15-25 days with pump-over.
