Tenuta Cocci Grifoni - Colle Vecchio 2015
Pairing Suggestions
I really love this 100% Pecorino from the Marche region.
Tenuta Cocci Grifoni – Colle Vecchio 2015 (88 tsomw points)
This pecorino shows a beautiful golden yellow color with greenish rim.
On the nose delicate aromas of pineapple, peaches, citrus, honey, white flowers and some spicy notes of white pepper and stone.
The palate has a perfect balance, solid with great acidity, intense and persistent while showing freshness and sapidity. The long finish is complimented by hints of citrus, almond and sage.
