In the glass a light transparent red ruby color with garnet rim.
On the nose aromas of cloves, violets, leather, blackberries and some herbs.
On the palate dry, balanced with lots of red fresh fruit, with a pleasant finish.
It matches perfectly with first courses with rich sauces, such as pappardelle with wild boar, red meat and seasoned cheeses. Ideal also for a Fiorentina steak.
Serving temperature: between 16° and 18°. It should be decanted for at least one hour before drinking.
