In the glass this cab has a deep ruby red color.
In the nose aromas of blueberries, plums, black cherries, currants, vanilla and some spicyness.
The palate is solid with ripe, sweet fruit, firm and yet pleasant tannins and fine acidity. The finish is very long and is dominated by spice and red berries.

Serve at 59°-63°F (15°-17°C) with game and rich meat dishes, or just enjoy with strong ripe cheese. Store in a cool (<15°C) and dry place, protected from direct exposure to light.
