The wine is made from the grape varieties Malvasia Bianca di Candia, Greco and Trebbiano Toscano.

Wine-making technique: White vinification, soft pressing, controlled temperature fermentation of must "First Drop" clear, with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine is filtered to prevent secondary fermentation.
