In the glass a light straw yellow color with greenish hue. In the nose aromas of white flowers, citrus, pear, nuts and basil. It’s like you smell the sea. On the palate well-balanced, easy drinking, with again flowers, white fruit, good acidity with a light almond, apple aftertaste. Would fit great with seafood and grilled chicken.
Serving Suggestions: ideal accompaniment for fish dishes, especially shellfish.
Serving Temperature: 10°C – 12°C
Alcoholic Content: 13% – 13,5% vol.
