This pinotbianco from aloislageder has a bright pale yellow color. In the nose an elegant, flowery bouquet and mineral notes of ripe apple and peach. On the palate clean, vinous flavor, well-balanced body and nice aftertaste.
Origin: selected vineyard sites in the southern part of the Alto Adige appellation (Salorno, Magrè, Cortaccia and Pochi), at 300 to 500 metres a.s.l.(980 - 1,650 feet). Soils are sandy, gravelly and with a high content of limestone. Large temperature variation between day and night.
Age of the vines: 7 - 62 years
Harvested: early September 2015
Vinification: Soft crushing and pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maturation for approximately four months on the lees.
Alcohol: 13.0 % by vol.
Acidity: 5.3 g / litre
