Pairing Suggestions
This Colli Euganei Bianco from the Euganean Hills near to Padua has a straw yellow color with green hues. In the nose flowers and rose petals with fruity hints of elderberries, peaches, banana, lime and some herbs. On the palate clean, well-balanced with flavors of apple, lime and butter. Good aftertaste. Long and persistent. The wine is produced by a Young Group of wine-makers from North-East Italy.
