Papà Celso DOGLIANI DOCG - 2015
Deep purple in color (inky) Blackberries, licorice, some vanilla on the nose. On the pakate blackberries followed by some blueberry, smoke and tar. The vanilla pops out during the finish. Well balanced acidity. Great wine for the price.

WINEMAKING: Crushing-destemming is followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts. It is left in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature before dry racking and cold decantation, with transfer to stainless steel tanks. It is stabilized with cold temperatures in order to avoid the use of clarifying products at the end of the process.
Aging: In stainless steel tanks for ten months until bottling. Then, bottle rest at a constant temperature of 14°C (57° F) for two months before release.
