Very nice blend of Arinto (60%) and Fernao Pires (40%). Light citrus color. Light mineral note with delicate white fruit aromas like melon and peach. Good volume, complex in the mouth with the right acidity to give it liveliness. Very nice longlasting finish.
Grapes: Arinto (60%), Fernão Pires (40%).
Harvest: 100% manual into 15 Kg cases.
Vinification: Totally destemmed and fermented in new French oak barrels of extra fine grain, a 50 days long “battonage”, followed by a 6 month aging.
