Pairing Suggestions
This Cusumano Jale presents a bright and attractive golden color. The nose emerge aromas of ripe tropical fruit, melted butter and vanilla, pepper on a mineral background. The taste is soft and structured, balanced with flavor and acidity and a long finish where the buttery notes return.
Zone of production:Tenuta Ficuzza, Piana degli Albanesi (PA).
Grape Chardonnay 100%.
Exposure South. Average age of vines 14 years.
Cultivation Low espallier at a density of 5000 plants per hectare. Production 6000 kg of grapes per hectare. Grape harvest Manual, in the first ten days of August. Vinification Cold pressing in contact with skins followed by static clarification. Fermentation in oak of 225 litres for a period of around six months, followed by fining in the bottle.
