Terracruda - Vettina Pergolo Rosso 2014
Pairing Suggestions
Pergola Rosso or Aleatico grape is grown in the central part of Le Marche. The Vettina Terracruda has a bright and transparent ruby red color with purple hues. Very intense aroma’s of roses and violets, red fruits, raisins and cherries. On the palate intense persistent, with again flowers and red fruits with soft tannins. The aftertaste is long with fruits and flower. This taste is common with the Aleatico grape. You can drink it as aparative but I would prefer lamb or pasta dishes with it.
