Watching Formule 1 (Verstappen) with this very smooth barbera.
Bright and garnet red color.
Rich and intense with a nice dose of fine and sharp fruity aromas.
Warm soft and rich in acidity it is nicely balanced.
Of these Barbera grapes come from three different vineyards in the Barbaresco region. They do have a fermentation of about 10 days in steel at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, 20% in Slovenian oak barrels from 20 hectoliters to mature a year. The rest is stored in steel tanks. After bottling the wine rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold.

Winemaking and maturing: after fermenting for around 10 days in tanks at a controlled temperature, and when the malolactic fermentation has ended, 20% of the wine matures in casks of Slavonian oak holding 20 hl for one year, while the remainder is stored in steel.
Bottle ageing before release: at least 6 months in the cellar.
