Tenuta Sette Ponti - Vigna di Pallino 2014  Chianti Riserva. (88 tsomw points)
The name Sette Ponti comes from the seven bridges over the river Arno along the road from Arezzo to Florence.

The company is not only known for its wines but also for its cattle. There are famous racehorses and Chiana cattle, which produce the famous 'steak a la Fiorentina'.

Tasting notes:
In the glass this Chianti shows an intense ruby red dress with garnet reflections.
On the nose fruiy aromas of cherries and dark berries with hints of spices and balsamico.
On the palate dry, medium-bodied and well balanced with soft and round mouthfeel showing flavours of ripe red fruits with a nice freshness and a long and persistence aftertaste.
