Salvano Vini - Barolo Vinorium Riserva 2009
Pairing Suggestions
Deep garnet red color, with shades from the long aging. The nose is fruity and be among the various scents stand out raspberry, vanilla and cherries.
On the palate this great Barolo is structured with good strength and harmony. All these features allow an excellent aging of the bottle, so as to awaken in it many flavors over the years. Great wine.
Grapes: Nebbiolo
Production area: It is produced in the province of Cuneo in a precise area, which includes the villages of Barolo, La Morra and Diano d’Alba
Serving Temperature: 18-20°C. Uncork the bottle at least an hour before drinking.
Pairing: Red meats, perfect with game. It is especially fine with certain typical dishes of Langhe, such as “Brasato al Barolo”(braised beef in red wine) and “Lepre al civet” (wild hare cooked in red wine). Excellent with matured cheeses or between meals as a “meditation wine”
