This Rosato made from an indigenous Aleatico biotype (anciently called Vernaccia di Pergola) has a crystal clear salmon/rosy color. In the nose great aromas of flowers, cherries, red berries, strawberries and some herbs. Great easy drinking Rosato.

Vineyard: Vigna Ortaia, Vigna del Frescuccio and Vigna del Pozzo
Harvesting period: first ten days of September
Harvesting method: grapes are handpicked into small boxes
Type of terrain: sandy/clayey
Vinification: The must remains in contact with grape skins for a short period (maceration), which gives this wine an ideal rosé colour. Fermentation is made at low temperature in thermally controlled steel vats.
Bottle-ageing: 3/4-month bottle-aging
Alcoholic strength: 13% – 13,50%
Serving temperature: 12°C
